A 100% Pinot Noir bubbly features a pale salmon color with fine bubbles. It offers delicate red fruit aromas, floral hints, and brioche. On the palate, flavours of strawberry and cherry are balanced by bright acidity and a creamy texture. The long, elegant finish highlights red fruit and savory brioche, making it a refined and versatile choice for any occasion.
Winemaker Notes
For our 2023 vintage of the beloved Bolle Rosa, we used 100% Pinot Noir grapes sourced from Osoyoos. The grapes underwent a gentle crushing and a skin contact period of 120 minutes before being pressed. The juice was then fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks before undergoing forced carbonation.
