Come WINE-Down with us! Yoga plus wine, it’s the perfect pairing. This luxurious experience nestled in the pristine gardens at Privato will feature Hatha Yoga postures (Asanas) in combination with the breath to develop flexibility and relaxation. The class will encourage proper alignment of the body and bring balance, strength and calmness to the mind, body and spirit. This class is suitable for all levels, but will air on the gentler side ensuring everyone with a variety of abilities can benefit from natures delights.
